What kind of licensing do you offer?
Real estate photos come with an Exclusive License Agreement. This license allows the broker to use the images of the property until it sells; with the copyright staying in the photographer’s hands. Commercial and rental clients receive a lifetime copyright; in other words you completely own the images.
Could I create a custom package?
As this is my own business I have the flexibility to create unique packages that work for my clients. I like to think of myself as customer-centric and listening is a big part of that. Have an idea? Let me know!
What if I’m a repeat customer?
I feel that building long term professional relationships and becoming part of your team is my goal! I am open to referral bonuses and discounts for long term clients. It’s win/win!
